First floor framing is complete. All load-bearing walls are in place and the inspector signed off on the floor system. Everything is looking great and we're right on schedule.

Foundation
Foundation walls are poured and curing. Backfill is scheduled for next week. We applied the waterproofing membrane on the exterior — this will keep you dry for decades.

Site Work
Excavation is complete. Footings are dug and forms are set. Ready for concrete pour tomorrow morning. Weather is looking cooperative.

Permits are pulled, dumpster is delivered, and temporary power is set up. Tree clearing is done. We're ready to break ground next week!
